Yes, if it's just light rain we can go surfing... As we say, you’re going to get wet anyway! Some of the best waves come with the rain! Our lessons are held rain, hail or shine. The only reason we will cancel if the conditions are dangerous or the rain is heavy we may need to reschedule the surf session.

We have two main seasons here. Small wave season and big wave season. Small wave season usually starts around April or May and continues until September when hurricane season starts and we get big waves most of the winter.

We suggest wearing comfortable fit swimwear and apply your normal sunscreen. You will be given some surf zinc to apply on your face for extra protection. Minor kids can wear their long-sleeve swim wear in some case, as the size of our smallest rash guard is XS. Bring your towel and change of clothes if needed.

Our lesson price includes everything you need for the class: surfboard, rash-vest and surf zinc.
