Risks: Surfing is dangerous and can lead to severe injury or death. You accept all inherent risks.
Fitness: You are medically fit to participate and will notify them of any health conditions or changes to your fitness.
Safety: You will follow all instructions and safety rules.
Medical Care: You authorize emergency medical treatment and ambulance transport, and will cover all costs.
Liability Waiver: You release the organizers from liability and agree not to sue them for injuries or damages.
Media & Privacy: They can use photos of you for promotion, and your personal information will be used only for program operations.
